When installing your new coil lift kit one of the first decisions you need to make is "How high do I need to go?". This decision is based on many factors including your current experience or knowledge. However, after time, things can change and you are faced with another decision, "Exactly how high do I need to go?" We have all done this and until now it usually involved more money in new parts and more installation or down time.
Many after-market suspension kits come in certain sizes based on inches of net lift. They do not always suite each individual vehicle or owner needs, and therefore we add spacers to accommodate. There again, the coil spacers are available in certain sizes only and again do not always suite each individual vehicle or owners needs.
JKS Manufacturing, Inc. has teamed up with ORGS Manufacturing in offering our new "Adjustable Coil Over Spacer" or "ACOS™" system. This system will allow the end user to fine tune or adjust his/her suspension system to accommodate for different variables such as the added weight of bumpers, winches, sagging springs, tire size changes, leveling vehicles front-to-back, or leveling vehicles side-to-side. There is a minimum of 1.25" of lift built into the "ACOS™" system and is infinitely adjustable there after.
The "ACOS™" system is designed to be adjusted while on the vehicle in just a few minutes. The "ACOS™" system is an excellent tool for dialing in any suspension lift kit. Simply unload the coil spring, loosen one bolt and turn the adjuster ring to increase or decrease height. The ACOS™ are for use with your XJ, TJ, or ZJ's front suspension.
